Our staff strives to offer the best possible experience for our guests, and it's always rewarding to receive positive feedback about their efforts. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the service provided by our waiter Pau and our bartender Chris. the best thing about this place was the lovely waiter Pau he couldn’t do enough for us and was a lovely friendly guy, also Chris the fantastic bar man who looked after us all weekĭear Naomi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. as for the restaurant don’t even go there it’s raw or cold so your told to use one of two microwaves they provide! snacks advertised are that mornings leftovers there was even a hot dog in a bun with a bite out of it, we used the decking area opposite all week to be then told we couldn’t sit there even though we were spending a minimum of €50 a night on food and drinks the the penultimate night we had the lights switched off on us at midnight and the manager come sit next to us with his arms folded and huffing we asked what the problem was we were told we close at 12 not 1 it’s was his error but we had to go even though we had just bought food and drinks, also one night the bar was closed as the power had gone down so we had to go into the town to eat and drink. the pool was freezing and the edge was so sharp it cut all my children’s fingers, hands and feet. Kind regards, Daniel Pérez, Managerĭon’t just Don’t □ this hotel is rated as 4 stars how and when i do not know, our room was a twin room that had been made into a family room so extra beds just squeezed in and one was broken, the wallpaper was falling off the walls there was also holes in it where it had been punched, the bathroom was growing and unhygienic, air con turned off between 00.00-08.00am it was 23 degrees was told it was due to the pandemic told to open my balcony door, tried this but couldn’t as was right next to the train line which ran all night. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back after our renovations are complete and provide you with a better experience. Nonetheless, we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our quality entertainment and food offerings and to know that you appreciated the high standards we strive to uphold. Regarding the air conditioning, it is available throughout the building during the day and is paused for a short period between 4 and 6 am.
